New to our portfolio for 2016, lovely comfortable caravan with plenty of space and a nice decking that takes the sun all day in the summer.An ideal base for exploring the East Coast Caravan sited on Millfields Caravan Park Walls Lane Ingoldmells Skegness PE25 1JH This caravan is a 8 berth 3 bedroomed model in excellent clean condition. One double bedroom and and two twin bedded with ample storage space. The living area is well appointed with seating and a dining table, plus a pull out double bed. There is a T.V. with freeview and DVD player, and a gas fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob/ oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, plus all pots, pans, crockery glassware and cutlery. There is a shower, wash basin and seperate w.c. PLEASE NOTE THAT TOWELS AND BED LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. There are 2 double quilts and 4 single making up all 8 berth, plus 8 pillows so please bear in mind for the bed linen required. Heating consists of oil filled/ convector heaters, that can be used around the caravan and a gas fire for the living/dining room, so you can have a relaxing break all through the season. To the outside there is a gated Veranda with patio set for a chill out in the day or evening, perfect for dining alfresco. The sun is on the decking for most of the day. The Caravan site season is from the beginning of March to the end of November. Booking. When booking we ask for £50 non returnable deposit to be paid within seven days of booking or booking will be cancelled, then 6 weeks before your holiday starts we will invoice you for the balance. The caravan is available on a weekly basis, changeover day is Saturday and it is hoped that one of us will be there to meet you, if not the keys will be left at the site office if no other arrangement has been put in place. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO SMOKING CARAVAN. PETS WELCOME. MILLFIELDS IS A FAMILY SITE SO SORRY NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS. CARAVAN AVAILABLE FROM 14:00pm, VACATE BY 10:00am. MILLFIELDS CARAVAN PARK. The caravan is sited on the very peaceful family site of Millfields Caravan Park and for this reason no single sex parties are allowed. In very close proximity to the Skegness Water Park which has fishing and a water skiing lake, make own arrangements for this with the water park. The Water Park also has a very nice club/bar that has a coffee shop and bar meals and a shop for the essentials, these can be used by anyone Close by is:- Fishing Golf Grocery Store Laundry Facilities Live Entertainment The Market and Fantasy Island is about a 20 min walk away or if you walk to Roman Bank the bus runs about every 10 mins, Skegness is in the opposite direction on the same bus route. There are clubs and bars within walking distance that provide Bingo, Auctions, food and entertainment, however this site is nicely far enough away from the attractions to allow you to relax.
