Just a 5 minute walk from the main Butlins resort. It has an enclosed decking area which is great if you have children, and a concreted parking space for a car. The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double 2 twin rooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge. It has a shower room and a separate toilet. It has a spacious living and dining area with free standing dinning table with 4 chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, fridge, cooker, iron, and all the utensils for 8 people, everything you will need for a relaxing break. The gas and electricity is included in the price. The caravan also has electric heaters and a gas fire. **Please note you need to provide your own bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided** We are taking booking now for dates throughout 2015 and prices start from £185. Our prices include 4 Butlins passes (2 adult & 2 children)which gives you access to all the Butlins entertainment, Funfair, Splash world, Bobs yard and much more. Extras can be purchased if required. A £50 refundable damage deposit is required on all bookings. All holidays are to be paid in full 6 weeks before you go. You can pay weekly/monthly instalments if required.
